As we kick off 2026, we’re expanding our offerings to ensure every detail of your big day is handled with care, professionalism, and a whole lot of heart. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, our Month-Of Coordination is here to make sure you can focus on what truly matters—celebrating your love—while we take care of the rest.

What Does Month-Of Coordination Include?
Our coordination services are tailored to step in during those crucial final weeks, connecting with you about 45 days before your wedding to start the magic. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect:
• Up to Three One-Hour Meetings: We’ll dive deep into your vision, with the final meeting dedicated to reviewing and finalizing your full timeline.
• Day-Of Rehearsal Coordination: We’ll guide your wedding party through the processional, ensuring everyone knows their cues for a seamless ceremony.
• Up to 10 Hours of On-Site Coverage: Your lead coordinator will be there from start to finish (with the option to add more time if needed), managing vendors, timelines, and any last-minute surprises.
• Timeline Creation and Distribution: We’ll craft a detailed schedule and share it with all involved parties to keep everything on track.
• Assistance with Setup and Teardown: We’ll help get things started and wrapped up smoothly (note: full setup/teardown is available as an add-on for those who want even more hands-off support).
What we don’t include? Things like full setup/teardown, trash removal, or cake cutting—these are best left to specialized vendors or add-ons so we can focus on what we do best: orchestrating your day flawlessly.
